Eray Gülay is a versatile creative who works in the fields of dance, choreography, modelling, tarot and community work. In his work, he emphasises diversity and the creation of an inclusive space.

His career as a stage dancer has led him to work with dance companies such as the Folkwang Tanzstudio, the Ben J. Riepe Company and MOUVOIR / Stephanie Thiersch as well as on stage pieces by Jérôme Bel and Reinhild Hoffmann. He has demonstrated his artistic and choreographic versatility in music videos for Salomea, Frida Gold and, in the long term, for Matthew Wood. As a choreographer, he has created performances for the Offene Jazz Haus Schule in Cologne and the Strike A Pose Festival in Düsseldorf.

He has also worked as a model for well-known brands such as Tamaris, Vogue Czechoslovakia, Men's Health and Schwarzkopf and is now a proud member of the modelling agency True Faces.

Since 2020, Eray has been sharing his intuitive wisdom through tarot readings at public events such as festivals and parties, as well as at private functions. His insightful interpretations bring clarity to people's lives.

An integral part of the ballroom scene for over a decade, Eray gives voguing workshops internationally and is passionate about the LGBTQIA+ community. As co-founder of the Shapes & Shades association, he continues to advocate for diversity and acceptance and organises panel talks, workshops and balls. He currently teaches voguing at tanzhaus nrw and can be seen as a guest dancer at Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf.
